🌿 What to Expect

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll explore the art and science of blending herbal beverages, gaining a deeper understanding of how herbs can bring flavour and life to the beverages you may already enjoy.

The first portion of the class focuses on hands-on tea blending. Guided by scent and intuition, you’ll select, measure, and package your own personalized 20g herbal blend to take home, discovering unlikely flavour combinations and the sensory qualities of each herb along the way.

In the second portion, we turn to herbal mixology. You’ll sample a light herbal apéritif while learning its flavour and purpose, watch a cocktail demonstration featuring muddled herbs, syrups, and herbal garnishes, enjoy this delicious cocktail, and finish with…
