About the event
Join practicing herbalist and certified horticulturist Mackenzie Laurin at Human Habits for an immersive, hands-on apothecary formulation workshop. You’ll learn practical skills for building a seasonal home first-aid kit, rooted in ancient herbal traditions, to clear winter stagnation, deeply nourish the body, and soothe seasonal allergies.
