Considered a delicacy in parts of Russia and Eastern Europe, Ivan Chai is a traditional tea recipe made with fermented fireweed. With a taste profile surprisingly similar to black tea, but without the caffeine, this tea makes for a wholesome cup, perfect with cream and sugar.
