*Note from The Ladybird: If the ritual of herbal body oiling doesn't speak to you, you can achieve much of the benefit by massaging oil into the parts of the body where the skin is thin or there are many nerve endings. I.e. the back of the neck, armpits, inner elbow, wrists, palms, the back of the knees, and the bottoms of your feet.
