Unlike most 'oregano oils' or 'oils of oregano' on the market- typically just essential oil diluted into a carrier- this true herbal infusion captures the whole plant. Crafted from garden-grown oregano flowers and leaves, dual solvent expressed and cold-infused over a month into rich extra virgin olive oil, it contains the full spectrum of oregano’s natural constituents- not only the volatile oils, but also its phenolics, flavonoids, and other beneficial compounds that are lost in distillation. The result is a potent, balanced preparation that honours oregano’s complete phytochemical profile.
